Really don’t understand those people who have problems with girls wearing shorts and tops with spaghetti straps. It may just be a Dutch thing, but if I was wearing short shorts and a strapless (and a bit too short) shirt and was kissing with a female friend, dressed similarly, against her locker nobody would give a shit.
